Nada Yared

Nada Yared is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Nautical Ventures since September 2019. Previously, Nada was a Founding Partner and Business Consultant at Xpand Now from September 2016 to April 2022, where strategic and financial advisory services were provided to businesses. Prior to that role, Nada held the position of Chief Operating Officer at ECE Capital, an investment bank specializing in cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, from November 1998 to April 2022. Concurrently, Nada was the Managing Director at ECE Consultants, a leading economic and development consultancy in the Middle East, from 1998 to April 2022. Nada holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.
