Don Levy

Don Levy serves as General Counsel at Nauto, where the focus is on AI-enabled driver and fleet safety solutions. As a Partner at Outside GC, Levy provides legal guidance to large tech companies and start-ups in various corporate matters. Prior experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at Meta for its VR Product Counsel team and as Chief Development Officer and General Counsel at Black Swan Data, overseeing extensive corporate development and legal functions. Levy also held the position of Head of Corporate Development at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, leading M&A and strategic initiatives. Educational credentials include a JD from The George Washington University, with a focus on corporate and international law, and executive training in Leadership and Negotiation from Harvard Law School.
