Matthew Kelley

Matthew Kelley is currently a Sr. Failure Analysis Engineer at NAUTO, overseeing process and failure analysis for return merchandise authorizations (RMA) while collaborating with engineering teams to enhance device quality. Previously, Matthew worked as an RMA Specialist at NAUTO, providing support to the operations team and managing supply chain fulfillment from 2019 to 2023. Matthew has also been self-employed as a private chef since 2009, creating meal plans based on various dietary needs. Earlier in their career, Matthew served as an associate at Ham Radio Outlet from 2011 to 2018, assisting customers and managing inventory, and was the baseball statistician and team manager at Monta Vista High School from 2009 to 2012, where they processed game data and facilitated training sessions. Matthew is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
