Ryan Gillis

Ryan Gillis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and real estate. Currently serving as Lead Technical Recruiter at NauWork since July 2020, Ryan previously held recruiter positions at LevelUP and Advanced Inc., an AMN Healthcare Company. Prior to specializing in recruitment, Ryan worked as a Realtor at Big Block Realty Inc. for nearly seven years and co-founded Cal Coast Property Management. Earlier career roles include Legal Assistant at Brack and Mason, Senior Credit Manager at Wells Fargo, and Real Estate Investment Analyst at Stewardship Properties LLC. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oregon, where studies were completed from 2003 to 2007, and attended the University of San Diego from 2001 to 2002.
