Nava Therapeutics is building the delivery platform genetic medicine has been waiting for. By navigating novel chemical space, we have engineered a modular LNP platform capable of selective tissue tropism, enabling the safe and precise delivery of RNA to historically hard-to-reach tissues. 

Our proprietary LNPs enable us to reimagine the possibilities of in vivo medicine. We are currently translating our platform into a robust pipeline of in vivo CAR-T therapies for autoimmune disease and RNA treatments for chronic kidney disease, solving the central challenge of genetic medicine: delivering therapies exactly where they matter most to treat illness at its source.
