Fernando Gomes

Fernando Gomes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Fernando started their career at Telefónica Empresas - CIS as a Coordinator of Production and Operation in the Outsourcing Vivo division from October 2005 to August 2006. Fernando then moved on to the role of Coordinator of Operations in Outsourcing at Telefónica Empresas - CIS from August 2006 to June 2007. Fernando later joined Telefónica Empresas - CIS as a Coordinator of Projects and Operations, where they managed the transition project for the Data Center outsourcing provider. Following their time at Telefónica, Fernando worked at Stefanini IT Solutions as the Coordinator of Technical Support and Crisis for Telefónica Empresas - Data Center, overseeing a team of 70 professionals and managing crises. Fernando joined TAM as a Coordinator of IT Infrastructure, where they were responsible for project management, budget management, and governance. Fernando then worked at GVT as the Coordinator of Monitoring and Processes in the IT Infrastructure Directorate, focusing on ensuring system availability and providing executive visibility into business transactions. Fernando later joined B2W Digital (Viagens) as the ITO Manager, responsible for planning, implementing, and managing IT Infrastructure projects. Currently, Fernando is working at NAVA - Technology for Business as the Head of Infrastructure and Cloud, overseeing service delivery and IT operations.

Fernando Gomes earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Systems Analysis from FASP between 1997 and 2002. In 2006, they obtained a certification in IT Process Management (ITIL) from Quint Wellington Redwood. Fernando also recently completed an online workshop on Management 3.0, obtaining a certification in 2021.
