Pascal Scheidecker

Pascal Scheidecker has extensive experience in submarine architecture and related fields, currently serving as a Submarine Architect at Naval Group since June 2017. Previously, Pascal worked at DCNS as a Senior Advisor for Submarine Training from 2013 to May 2017, focusing on training projects related to submarine design, complex systems, and nuclear safety. Between 2007 and 2012, Pascal held the role of Project Manager at DCNS, overseeing key projects including the qualification and acceptance of the submarine "Le Terrible" and leading a modernization project for submarine combat systems. Pascal's career began in the Marine Nationale, where roles included Professor, Deputy Director for recruitment services, and Operational Manager of various maritime operations from 1999 to 2007, extending back to earlier experience as an operational manager on submarines from 1983 to 1998. Pascal holds degrees from Ecole de Guerre, Institut National des Sciences et Techniques Nucléaires, and École Navale, specializing in atomic engineering and naval architecture.
