Patrick Garnier

Patrick Garnier is a highly experienced technical project coordinator and systems engineer with a strong background in naval and defense projects. Currently serving at Naval Group as the Technical Project Coordinator for the E-NACSOS project, Patrick is leading efforts to develop a European standard for real-time sensor data exchange. Prior positions include project coordination for European projects at CS Group, managing NATO projects related to air traffic management and missile defense capabilities, and serving as a naval combat systems architect for the French Navy. With educational credentials from ENSTA and EMS2, Patrick possesses extensive expertise in systems engineering, project management, and the defense sector.
