Philippe Vallette

Philippe Vallette has extensive experience in the naval and defense sectors, currently serving as a production engineer and work package manager at Naval Group since July 2016. Prior to that, Philippe held the role of training manager at Marine Nationale from September 2014 to June 2016, overseeing leadership training for 500 students in the largest naval training center. From March 1994 to July 2014, Philippe worked in various capacities within the Armée, including operational planning and navigation, with significant contributions to regional cooperation with Central African states. Philippe's leadership abilities were further demonstrated as second-in-command of an operational unit at Marine Nationale from July 2009 to July 2011, managing personnel and finances, and leading safety and protection organizations. Additional experience includes serving as an instructor for the SOUMALAIS program focused on training Malaysian submariners. Philippe's educational background includes a current certification in nuclear safety and a Master's degree in security and defense from the Université de Toulon, along with specialized military training from various prestigious institutions.
