Simon Payet is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and innovation within the defense and technology sectors. Since September 2007, Simon has held various roles at Naval Group, including Project Director for the THALES Strategic Partner and Open Innovation & Industrial Partnerships Director. Simon's expertise extends to disruptive innovation management and business development in cybersecurity. Additionally, Simon serves as a startup mentor at École Polytechnique and is a member of the strategic council at EcoNautik. Simon's notable past roles include Co-founder & Advisor at Mind2Shake and Vice President at SYSTEM FACTORY. Simon holds a Master’s degree from KEDGE Business School, a civilian auditor certification from École de Guerre, and a Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Bretagne Occidentale.
