Darius Ratz

Darius Ratz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), currently serving as Senior Director, Strategy and M&A at Navan since February 2022. Darius previously held the role of Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Comtravo, where a successful sale to TripActions was executed. Darius’s early career includes a position as Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company, specializing in corporate strategy and finance across various industries. Additional experience in financial advisory and corporate M&A roles was gained at Deloitte and Commerzbank AG, respectively. Darius holds a Master's degree in Management from London Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, complemented by an exchange program at ETH Zürich.
