Karen Chen

Karen Chen is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Corporate FP&A at Navan since February 2023. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Senior Manager in FP&A at TripActions from January 2021. Karen's earlier experience includes a consulting role at Telesis7 Consulting in mid-2020 and several positions at EY from October 2013 to May 2019, culminating in the role of Audit Manager. Karen holds a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, obtained between 2019 and 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Nanjing University of Finance and Economics, completed in 2013.
