Laura Cochran

Laura Cochran is an experienced Senior People Success Business Partner at Navan, specializing in people strategy and business partnerships across the APAC region since February 2020. Laura has led significant M&A integrations, including the Tripeur acquisition, and served as the People Success Lead for EMEA, focusing on talent integration and location strategy following the Comtravo acquisition. Previously, Laura worked at Salesforce and MuleSoft, where roles ranged from senior corporate recruiter to account management in high-volume recruitment environments. Early career experience includes business development at Proof Drinks and account management at Lorien Resourcing, with a strong foundation in recruitment. Laura holds a Master of Arts, Honours in History from the University of Glasgow.
