Mark LaFranchi possesses extensive experience in operations and project management within the travel industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Operations at Navan since December 2019, Mark has held various leadership roles focusing on air, hotel, and car operations, as well as partner operations. Prior to Navan, Mark spent seven years at Expedia Group, advancing from Fares Coordinator to Senior Carrier Content Projects Analyst, where responsibilities included developing project plans, managing branded fares, and serving as a subject matter expert on baggage-related topics. Mark's prior roles at Alaska Airlines, the Seattle Seahawks, and other organizations contributed to a solid foundation in customer service, marketing, and operational support. Mark earned a degree in Business Management from Seattle University.
