Melissa Kaganovsky, MBA, currently serves as the Global Director of GTM Talent Acquisition at Navan, having held various senior roles within the company since March 2021, including Senior Director and Director of Sales Development. Recognized as a top-performing Sales Development Representative by being part of the President's Club in FY 2022, Melissa showcases strong leadership in talent acquisition and sales development. Prior to Navan, Melissa held multiple positions at the YMCA of Silicon Valley from 2015 to 2021, culminating in the role of Interim Associate Executive Director. Melissa's earlier experience includes roles in education and youth development, as well as teaching at Little Lighthouse Preschool and serving as Aquatics Director at Channel Islands YMCA.
