Nicolas Steib

Nicolas Steib has extensive experience in sales and strategic planning across various sectors. Currently serving in RD Expense at Navan since November 2025, Nicolas previously held significant leadership roles including Head of Sales at Hyperline, overseeing go-to-market execution and team management; Head of Sales for France at Payhawk, where responsibilities included launching the French office and defining the sales strategy; VP Sales EMEA at Yseop, focusing on sales strategy and team management in Europe; and Senior Account Executive at Capgemini, managing financial services accounts with substantial growth. Prior experience includes account management at Wavestone and consulting roles at GDF Suez and Thalys. Nicolas holds a Master's degree in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
