Patty Weng serves as the Chief of Staff to the COO at Navan since September 2022, following a tenure at TripActions where responsibilities included Manager of Strategy and Operations and earlier roles in the same field from August 2020 to September 2022. Prior experience includes a position in Business Operations and Strategy at TrustToken from July 2017 to August 2020 and serving as President of Microfinance at Berkeley from August 2015 to May 2017, facilitating 0% interest loans and providing various business services. Patty Weng holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy with a focus on Globalization in Asia, along with a Minor in History of Art, both from the University of California, Berkeley.
