With over 17 years of experience in IT Security and Compliance, Ricky has led teams and developed robust GRC and Security programs across various organizations, including Oracle, Microsoft, and The Walt Disney Company. Ricky has a demonstrated ability to communicate operational and technical risks to senior leadership and has created scalable compliance frameworks and training programs. Ricky earned a B.A. in Management Information Systems from Washington State University and co-founded Illumen.
