Sana Agarwal

Sana Agarwal is a seasoned product and program management professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Navan since April 2021, Sana has held various roles within the company focusing on product development, feature roll-outs, and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to Navan, Sana worked at Nor1, an Oracle company, from November 2014 to May 2020, where responsibilities included leading feature development projects, managing customer success initiatives, and analyzing product performance. Earlier career roles include revenue management and analysis at Paradigm Hotels Group and Jamsan Hotel Management, as well as co-founding U&US, which facilitated hotel booking channel reconciliation. Sana holds a Master of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Delhi University.
