Snir Yael

Snir Yael is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Navan since December 2022, Snir previously held pivotal roles such as VP R&D at City Hive, Inc., contributing to the rapid growth of this SaaS company, and Director of R&D at Personetics, where leadership of an 8-person team focused on AI solutions for financial services was emphasized. Additionally, Snir co-founded Olbee as CTO, innovating a marketplace platform, and has held managerial positions at Diplomat and the Israel Defense Forces, showcasing a strong background in data engineering and full-stack development. Snir holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University.
