Susannah Shell is currently serving as a People Operations Coordinator at Navan since May 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a People Operations Intern at Workrise from June to August 2024, where responsibilities involved maintaining employee records in HRIS and assisting with compliance training implementation. Additionally, Susannah worked as a Senior Counselor at Sky Ranch in the summer of 2023, leading a group of elementary school girls and addressing conflict resolution. Initial experience in the workforce began as a Fast Food Cashier at Whataburger from May to September 2020. Susannah is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Texas A&M University, expected to graduate in 2025.
