Tarik Ghbeish

Tarik Ghbeish is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and security. Currently serving as a Staff Security Engineer at Navan since June 2019, Tarik has successfully transitioned from leading a SWAT team to managing application security initiatives. Tarik's background includes roles such as Senior Staff Engineer at Pulse Secure, where leadership in UI teams and SCRUM practices was demonstrated, and contributions as a Senior Software Engineer at Netflix on the Emmy Award-winning Streaming Engineering team. Tarik also has a strong entrepreneurial background as the founding CTO of SpeakSoft, Inc., where innovative multi-tenant software was developed. With previous technical leadership at VeriSign and LightSurf Technologies, Tarik maintains a solid track record in project management and engineering. In addition to corporate roles, Tarik owns and operates Iwae Dojo, an aikibudo dojo, blending martial arts instruction with modern educational methods.
