Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Success

Will Bickmore has extensive experience in customer success and account management within the travel industry. Since April 2019, Will has held multiple roles at Navan, culminating in the position of Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Success, where the focus is on streamlining travel solutions. Prior to Navan, Will served as Senior Account Manager at OTT - Online Travel Training, the leading online platform in the travel and tourism sector, contributing to its global reach and multi-language capabilities. Additional experience includes an Account Manager role at The Front and a brief tenure as a Travel Coordinator at EC Travel. Will holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Keele University.
