Joe Pelletier

Joe Pelletier is the president of Navegate, a logistics provider for North Star International and World Trade Services. Joe has been with the company since August 1995 and was promoted to vice president in July 1995. Prior to their current position, they were the vice president of North Star World Trade Services from July 1995 to January 2009.
