Chanil Kim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in user experience design and management. Currently serving as a Director at NAVER Cloud since February 2020, Chanil also holds the position of Head of PWE at NAVER Corp since June 2011, overseeing business and user experiences for NAVER's personal productivity services. Previous roles include leadership positions in user experience for LINE mobile service as well as projects focused on redesigning NAVER's web and mobile services. Prior to NAVER, Chanil worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at Samsung Electronics and NHN, contributing to various research and redesign projects. With a Master’s degree in Design from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Chanil’s educational background complements a strong track record in user-centric design and project management.
