Youngjin Kwon has extensive experience in human-AI interaction design and UX research, notably at NAVER Cloud from January 2022 to December 2023 and NAVER Corp from November 2021 to December 2023, where responsibilities included product design and UX research. Previously, Youngjin worked as a UX Research Intern at (주)피엑스디, contributing to user interviews and creating insight reports for global IT service localization, as well as conducting UX writing guideline research for a finance application. Additionally, Youngjin held the position of Student Affairs Officer at SNU Information Science and Culture from September 2019 to February 2020. Youngjin earned a Master's degree in HCI and a Bachelor's degree in Information Science and Culture from 서울대학교 (Seoul National University).
