Mark Robertson

Mark Robertson is an Associate General Counsel and Compliance Officer at NAVEX, where they provide legal counsel on diverse matters including compliance, intellectual property, and regulatory issues. Previously, they served as Deputy Compliance Officer and Senior Counsel at NAVEX, overseeing the company's compliance program and managing external legal partnerships. From 2008 to 2016, Mark represented musicians and arts organizations at Funsten & Franzen, specializing in intellectual property rights and contract negotiations. Mark also has experience in event management and operations from their tenure at Bill Graham Presents. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Puget Sound and a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
