Matthew Crome

Matthew Crome is an experienced professional with a background in military service and customer success management. Serving as a Naval Officer in the US Navy from July 2013 to October 2016 and in the US Navy Reserves from October 2016 to August 2021, Matthew transitioned into the technology sector, holding various leadership roles at NAVEX from August 2019 to April 2022, including Manager, Senior Manager, and Associate Director of Customer Success & Professional Services. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Senior Consultant at LockPath, Inc. from October 2016 to August 2019. Currently, Matthew serves as the Director of GRC Solutions at NAVEX since March 2023. Academically, Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Emporia State University and a Master of Cyber Security from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
