Melissa Nickles

Melissa Nickles has a diverse work experience with a focus on creative direction and brand marketing. Melissa is currently working at NAVEX as a Creative Director, leading internal and external teams to execute and deliver various corporate and sales support projects. Prior to NAVEX, Melissa served as an Associate Creative Director at NAVEX and as a Senior Manager of Brand Marketing, where they played a crucial role in shaping the brand experience for the multinational risk and compliance company. Before joining NAVEX, Melissa worked as an Art Director at Xerox, where they utilized their creativity to balance brand guidelines with innovative design. Earlier in their career, Melissa gained experience as a Design Monkey at The Hiebing Group and as an Art Director at Harris Marketing Group, where they showcased their talent for collaborative creativity and customized marketing solutions.

Melissa Nickles attended the University of Michigan from 1989 to 1994. Melissa received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications (Journalism).
