Mike Lader

Mike Lader has a strong background in software development and product engineering. Mike currently holds the position of Senior Director Software Development at NAVEX since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Product Engineering at NAVEX starting in May 2020. From 2019 to 2020, Mike worked as an Engineering Team Lead at Vacasa. Before that, they had a long tenure at Fiserv, where they held various roles including Director of Product Development OLB from 2010 to 2019 and Director of Software Quality Assurance from 2008 to 2010. Mike's early career included working at Corillian, which later became a part of Checkfree and Fiserv. At Corillian, they served as a QA Manager and Staff QA Engineer, handling responsibilities such as test planning, mentoring junior engineers, and executing manual and automated tests.

Mike Lader attended Canby Union High School from 1988 to 1991. Mike then pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management from Oregon State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1993.
