Troy Dickson

Troy Dickson is a Senior Director of Implementation Services at NAVEX, bringing exceptional operations leadership and project management skills to the role. With significant expertise in XBRL and financial analysis, they began their career at Bowne in 2009, where they contributed to the development of an in-house XBRL solution and later managed a successful XBRL team after the company was acquired by RR Donnelley. Throughout their tenure, Troy implemented standardization processes that led to improved accuracy and client satisfaction, achieving a customer satisfaction rating consistently in the 95% range. They are also a certified instructor, having taught CPE-accredited courses on XBRL to finance professionals. Troy is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at Georgia State University, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
