Hina Doon

Hina Doon serves as General Counsel at Navi since March 2024, following a seven-year tenure at Amazon where roles included Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel, focusing on corporate advisory and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to Amazon, Hina was a Managing Associate and Senior Associate at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices from April 2011 to September 2016, also working on general corporate advisory and mergers & acquisitions. Hina's career began as a Judicial Clerk and Research Assistant to Hon'ble Justice D.K. Jain at the Supreme Court of India from June 2010 to March 2011. Hina holds a B.A. LLB (Hons) from the National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University, completed in 2010, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Western University in 2009.
