Mohit Jain

Mohit Jain is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Associate Manager II at Navi since May 2023, where strategic partnerships with various departments have fostered impactful people practices and improved organizational culture. Previously, as a Human Resource Business Partner at Unacademy from April 2022 to April 2023, Mohit led the design and execution of an effective Rewards and Recognition program and managed the employee lifecycle to enhance talent retention. Mohit also gained earlier experience as a core member of XIMAHR at Xavier University, served as a Human Resources Summer Intern at Magma HDI General Insurance, and worked as a Data Assistant and Accountant at Govt Primary Health Centre. Mohit began a career in non-profit as a Program Coordinator at Rajendra Yuvak Sangha. Mohit holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Sambalpur University.
