Naviara Energy is an independent advisory led by Dominic Goncalves, an energy strategy and decarbonization expert with more than 16 years’ experience in global energy markets.

Naviara provides advisory services across three focus areas: Energy Strategy, Natural Capital and Climate Tech.

Energy Strategy:

In 2026 Naviara is currently working with Data Centre clients and other critical loads and islanded grids to manage Energy Security fuel risks, as well as with developers and IPPs to develop new products and business models for the Energy Transition.

Having sat on both sides of the table — in project development, IPP and EPC roles, and on the buyer/procurer/investor side — Naviara brings practical insight into what is bankable and buildable and helps move these plans into action.

Whether you’re a developer working to enhance bankability, secure partners and close projects, or a corporate offtaker updating your energy plan and procuring, we help you design a viable pathway and deliver it with confidence.

In Africa, Naviara partners with Cresco Project Finance to deliver integrated Energy Strategy advisory services for corporate energy consumers, developers, IPPs, investors, and public entities, helping clients navigate strategy, bankability, and the energy transition in African markets with confidence.

Globally Naviara works with Data Centres and islanded grids on their Energy Strategy.

Natural Capital:

Naviara provides support to natural infrastructure and nature-based solution project developers to enable these projects to scale and secure funding, investors and partners.

Climate Tech:

Naviara supports new technology developers to enhance their business case and contract offtakers and buyers.

Globally Naviara works with a network of specialists to provide services across Energy, Climate & Nature.
