Ruby M Moseley

Ruby M Moseley is a Senior Manager of Implementation at Navigate360 since April 2024 and has been the Owner of Planned With Purpose, a business event facilitation company, since February 2014. Previously, Ruby served as a School Safety Technical Assistance Specialist at WestEd from August 2022 to April 2024, and the Executive Director of Safety and Student Support at Comal Independent School District from July 2019 to August 2022, focusing on student well-being and safety initiatives. Earlier roles included Emergency Preparedness Coordinator and Safety and Security Specialist at Comal ISD, and Program Manager for the Tobacco Prevention and Community Services at the Texas School Safety Center. Ruby's career began as a Community & Youth Initiative Intern at the Center for Safe Communities and Schools and as an Event Coordinator for PDAP/EYL. Ruby holds a BA in Mass Communication/Public Relations from Texas State University and certifications in Substance Abuse Prevention.
