Tom Settle

Tom Settle serves as the Associate Director of Technical Shipping at Navis Consulting since December 2013, leading recruitment efforts globally in the Technical Shipping sector. Previously, Tom held positions as Lead Consultant and Senior Consultant within the same division at Navis, specializing in the UK and Americas markets. Prior to joining Navis, Tom worked as a Senior Consultant at Faststream Recruitment Group, focusing on the Americas, and as a Recruitment Consultant focusing on Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Tom's early career includes roles in hospitality and as a professional footballer with Portsmouth Football Club. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fort Lewis College, alongside other educational qualifications from Portsmouth College and Cams Hill.
