Steve Flam CPP

Steve Flam, CPP, is an independent sales representative with over 40 years of experience in packaging engineering and sales, currently representing companies such as Dextersource, Pro-Form, and Main Tech America. With a notable background, they previously held roles as a packaging engineer and manager at various organizations, including Whirlpool Corporation and Nissan North America. Steve developed the innovative TransFoamer, an adjustable foam shipping container, and holds two U.S. patents for appliance manufacturing and modular pallet construction. They are also the president of InnPact Inc., which initially focused on packaging consulting before developing the TransFoamer product.
