Peter Miedema

Peter Miedema is a senior IT executive with over 30 years of progressive experience in IT management, primarily within the logistics and container industry. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Navis Netherlands BV, they have demonstrated expertise in IT strategy development, change management, and building high-performance teams across Europe and North America. Previously, Peter held significant roles, including Vice President of IT at TSI Terminal Systems Inc., where they successfully transitioned the IT department to a 3rd party implementation focus, and CIO at Global Container Terminals, overseeing IT for four container terminals. Peter’s career began as a Principal Consultant at Cap Gemini, where they developed a strong foundation in IT through various maritime-focused projects.
