Navisalma comes from navis (ship) and alma (life-giving).

A ship is built to move. It carries those willing to leave the shore and cross open water, those prepared to go further than others dare. That is the spirit behind Navisalma.

Navisalma Design is an independent design studio and venture partner, spun out of the design team at Einride. It exists to build and back companies that move industries forward responsibly and at scale.

Through a studio–VC model, we invest senior design expertise and selective capital in exchange for equity, ensuring long term alignment. We partner with ambitious founders building globally competitive companies, acting as both vessel and partner as they navigate uncharted territory.

Progress requires movement.
We work with the ones ready to lead it.

We build category leaders, and we build them to last.
