Raj Kumar

Raj Kumar started their work experience in 2008 as an Officer at Trident Group, where they were responsible for stock reconciliation. Raj then worked as an Executive in HR at HPCL-Mittal Energy Ltd in 2011, providing administrative support and handling employee issues. Later that year, they joined Shri lakshmi Cotsyn Limited as an Executive in HR, where they maintained office area and filing systems. From 2013 to 2020, Raj Kumar worked at ASIAN COLOUR COATED ISPAT LIMITED as a Human Resources Manager, focusing on recruitment, induction, and joining formalities. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Lead at Navisite.

Raj Kumar completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Development from ICIT, Barnala affiliated to Sikkim Manipal University between 2007 and 2010. Raj then went on to earn a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from Apex International College, Sangrur in 2011.
