Lori A. Heitzman

Lori A. Heitzman, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lori A. currently serves as the VP, Group Account Director at NaviSync LLC since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Group Account Director and Group Account Supervisor at the same company, from January 2022 to June 2023 and September 2018 to December 2021 respectively.

At the Wyckoff Family YMCA, Lori worked as the Lead Health and Safety Instructor from September 2009 to May 2020. Lori A. also gained experience as a Lifeguard Instructor at the Hunterdon County YMCA from December 2017 to June 2019.

Lori A. Heitzman, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from William Paterson University of New Jersey in the period of 2009-2010. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Marketing from East Carolina University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Before pursuing higher education, Lori attended Hopewell Valley Central High School from 2002 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Lori has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Lori A. completed the Approved Email Business Certification from Veeva Systems in January 2020. Furthermore, they have acquired various certifications from LinkedIn, including Building Trust, Creating and Giving Business Presentations, Developing Self-Awareness, Giving and Receiving Feedback, and Learning to Say No, all obtained in October 2018.
