Michael Abdelsayed has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Michael currently works as a Senior Contract Analyst at Navitaire, an Amadeus company, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at SilkroadExpress from January 2021 to February 2022 as a Pricing Analyst, where their responsibilities included quoting export air destination rates, coordinating with company offices and procurement teams, negotiating rates, and maintaining vendor/carrier relationships. Before SilkroadExpress, Michael worked at EGYPTAIR from 2005 to 2020, holding various roles such as Pricing Analyst, Travel Agents Account Manager, and Ticketing and Reservation Supervisor. Their duties involved analyzing trends in bookings, revenue, and market dynamics, assessing demand patterns and competitive landscape, segmenting customers, developing fare structures and demand forecasts, planning seasonal strategies, providing travel agency support, monitoring corporate deals, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and supervising ticketing and reservation activities.
