Mike Walter is currently the Site Reliability Engineering Applications Lead at Navitaire, an Amadeus company, where they have been since 2022. They have over a decade of experience in the IT and services industry, having previously served as the Global Application Operations Lead at Accenture from 2012 to 2022, and as a Senior Regional Support Specialist at Navitaire from 2004 to 2008. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Phoenix and has developed strong skills in outage management and functional analysis throughout their career.
