Anna Youngerman

Anna Youngerman serves as Chief of Staff and Market President at Navvis, beginning in November 2022. From November 2011 to August 2022, Anna held multiple leadership roles at Children's Minnesota, including VP of Value & Clinical Excellence and President of the Children's Health Network, focusing on delivering high-value pediatric care. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Advocacy and Value-Based Care and Director of Policy and Advocacy at Children's Minnesota, overseeing government relations and health equity initiatives. Previously, Anna was the Director at Himle Horner Inc from 2003 to November 2011, providing strategic counsel in public affairs and communications. Anna's career began as Campaign Director for the Minnesota House DFL Caucus in 2002. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from Lake Forest College, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
