Nawa (نواة الأثر) is a Saudi youth-led development company empowering learners through immersive programs, transformative forums, and mentorship opportunities.

We exist to bridge the gap between education and real-world readiness, helping students and graduates explore careers, grow leadership skills, and gain direction before they enter the job market.

Our three core arms:
🔹 NAWA Career: hands on programs in career discovery, consulting, and mentorship.

🔹 NAWA Conferences: high impact forums that connect youth with professionals.

🔹 Saudi MUN Association: the Kingdom’s first Model UN platform advancing diplomacy and global thinking.

We’re not just preparing youth for jobs, we’re preparing them for impact, rooted in Vision 2030.

📍 Based in Saudi Arabia | 🌍 Built for ambitious youth everywhere
