Febian has a work experience that spans from 2011 to the present. Febian started as a Sales Manager at Total Lifting and Rigging Pty Ltd from 2011 to 2012. Febian then worked as a Sales & Marketing Manager at PT. Pasifik Teknologi Indonesia from 2013 for a period of 8 months. Afterward, they joined G4S as a Sales Manager for Electronic Security Systems from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of VP Strategic Relations at NAWAKARA since May 2023. Additionally, they also worked as the Sales Operation Division Head at NAWAKARA from 2015 to the present.

Febian attended the University of Trisakti from 1994 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
