Stuart Cook

Stuart Cook is a seasoned fintech investor and advisor, currently serving as the Founder of Biarritz Ventures and an Advisor for NayaOne and Insait IO since January 2024. In 2023, Stuart joined Primary Venture Partners as an Expert, providing strategic guidance to founders and operators. Previously, Stuart held prominent roles at Valley Bank and Valley Ventures as Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Product Officer, where significant contributions included establishing a $100 million corporate venture fund. Earlier experience includes serving as CTO at Buzz Points, Inc., leading product initiatives at Monitise plc, and overseeing strategic development for a partnership with Visa. Stuart holds an MBA from the University of Kent and a BSc in Economics and Sociology from the University of Surrey.
