Wil Procter

Wil Procter is currently the Global Director of Performance Consultancy at Nazaré, where they focus on creating impactful learning experiences in the life sciences sector. Previously, Wil held various leadership roles in learning and digital design, including Head of Learning at The Product Refinery and Head of Digital Learning at Cognassist. With a Bachelor of Music with Honours from City, University of London, Wil also possesses a Dharmasiswa scholarship in Karawitan from ISI Denpasar. They have consistently aimed to enhance the capabilities of product leaders and organizations through evidence-based strategies.
