Armando Martins

Armando Martins has extensive experience in human resources, spanning roles from HR Intern at Vallourec Tubos do Brasil S.A. to Co-Founder of HR Tech Community, a network aimed at advancing HR practices in Brazil and Latin America. With significant positions at Meta, Uber, and GE, Armando has led initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, and learning strategies across diverse organizations. Currently, Armando serves as a Training Manager for the National Basketball Association while pursuing a Master of Science in Human Capital Management at Columbia University.
