Ben McLean is the Associate Vice President, Legal (EMEA) at the National Basketball Association (NBA), where they have held various legal roles since 2018. Prior to joining the NBA, Ben served as Corporate Counsel for Pentland Brands and qualified as a solicitor at Stephens. They also gained experience as a Legal Secondee at adidas and as an athlete with Pentathlon GB. Ben holds a PG Dip LP from BPP Law School and an LLB (Hons) from Cardiff University, along with a PG Dip in EU Competition Law from King's College London.
